Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Thank you for shopping at Black Cherry Fashion. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@blackcherryfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us at the provided address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, please check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@blackcherryfashion.com.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
